During this food tour, we will chat and share the local and food stories to help you understand more about life of people as well as local cuisine not only in Saigon but also the whole Vietnam.

OUR TASING MENU:

#1. Bun Bo Hue: beef noodle soup, which is not a Pho, that dish you can find anywhere.

Broth Ingredients: lemongrass, beef bones, pineapple, shrimp paste.
Other Ingredients: crab sausage, beef brisket, spring onions, onions.

#2. Chuoi Nuong: Coconut milk grilled plantain, which is a bit sweet and salty, with coconut milk sauce. It was voted one of the 10 best street foods in the world.

Ingredients: Ripe bananas, sticky rice, coconut milk, tapioca, toasted sesame seeds.

#3. Banh Khot (savory crispy pancake with shrimp) served with a lot of herbs and salad and special dipping sauce.

Ingredients: Rice flour, egg, coconut milk, turmeric powder.
Fillings: Shrimp, pork, bean sprouts, mung beans.
Served with: Mustard greens, lettuce, Thai basil, purple mint, ambarella leaf, fish sauce.
